By using DailyMission, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

DailyMission is designed as a gamified lifestyle and habit tracking utility. Virtual points, experience, streak awards, and badges earned within the App hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or real goods.

Swiftral grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use DailyMission for self-improvement and task organization.

All graphical assets, characters, quest narratives, sound effects, and code in DailyMission are protected under intellectual property rights and belong exclusively to Swiftral.

DailyMission is provided "AS IS". Swiftral makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, loss of streak data due to local storage resets, or specific personal outcomes achieved through habit tracking.

Swiftral reserves the right to modify features or update these Terms at any time. Continued usage represents agreement to updated terms.
