By installing or using ActivityOnTime, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

Swiftral grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ActivityOnTime for personal, non-commercial productivity and time-management purposes on your compatible mobile device.

You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its code.

All trademarks, graphics, audio, UI designs, code, and other assets related to ActivityOnTime remain the exclusive property of Swiftral and are protected by international intellectual property laws.

ActivityOnTime is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While we aim for optimal reliability, Swiftral makes no warranty that the app will be error-free or that timers and notifications will never be affected by system-level battery optimizations or device restrictions.

In no event shall Swiftral be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

Swiftral reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of ActivityOnTime following any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
